I recently stayed at a hotel very close to the airport in Nedumbassery and it was a great experience. the location of the hotel is unbeatable, being just 5 minutes away from both the international and domestic terminals. This made it extremely convenient for me as I had an early morning flight. Secondly, the rooms were more like suites, with spacious living areas, a refrigerator, a microwave, and even a kitchen. It was much more than I needed, but it definitely added to the comfort of my stay. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. They made sure that all my basic amenities were taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

All in all, everything was good.

Like many higher end hotels on our vist to India, the maintenance was falling behind the orginal standard of the fittings.

The space (a separate living room and bedroom); spacious, well equipped. Location close to airport, including a shuttle on demand. Excellent restaurant, reasonable prices.

Breakfast was included according to the reservation but because of the restaurant opening too late for my early departure it was brought to my room and then I was charged for room service. There is mildew around the tub and everything looks a bit shabby. I had picked the hotel mostly because of the presence of an ayurvedic spa and had hoped to get a massage but the spa was closed when I arriived at the end of the afternoon. This needs to be better advertised. If I had known I would have gone elsewhere. Not good value for money.

The buffet was excellent and good value for money. Efficient transfer to the airport. Convenient layover hotel with free breakfast and ground transport. Friendly staff and clean, quiet rooms. Great inexpensive food options nearby.
